Clarification by Land Registry Office on whether a process for establishment of non-requirement of authorization is to be initiated
Enclosed questionnaire (available in German only) must be submitted to the Land Registry Office, Zug, together with the legal transaction for the acquisition of residential property and/or building land. Based on this information, the Land Registry Office clarifies whether establishment of non-requirement of authorization is required.
