Aid for Ukraine

The Canton of Zug condemns Russia's attack on Ukraine, which violates international law. It has prepared to receive the people who have fled and has set up a hotline for private offers of help. Work integration for refugees from Ukraine with S status

With the protection status S, the persons concerned have the possibility, without a waiting period, to pursue gainful employment requiring a permit (including self-employment). The requirements for admission to gainful employment are based on the Foreign Nationals and Integration Act AIG. The permit is issued by the cantons and the application must be submitted by the employer. More information for employers see leaflet.
