Free rental for individuals 
Between early May and the end of October the Gemeinnützige Gesellschaft Zug (GGZ: non-profit association) is in charge of the popular bike rental service at Dorfstrasse 5a in Baar. The bicycles can be borrowed against the deposit of an ID. Helmets for your personal safety are available. The bicycles are available on a daily basis, and must be returned in the evening. The attractive network of bicycle paths in Zug is continually being extended. The map «Biking and Hiking» (only in German) shows all of them and includes useful information. It can be purchased at Zug Tourismus.
